Product prices may change from time to time. A later price change does not automatically alter the price of an order already accepted.

The final amount payable, including applicable shipping fees and any taxes or other charges collected by us, will be displayed before payment is completed.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

  • Your billing and payment details are accurate;

  • You authorize payment of the amount displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed through the third-party payment methods available during checkout. Order processing begins after payment confirmation and any necessary verification.

We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are prepared and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Order processing generally takes 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and applicable public holidays.

Current shipping options for eligible U.S. orders are:

Free shipping applies to the standard service. Selecting Fast U.S. Shipping incurs the $8.99 USD charge even when an order qualifies for free standard shipping.

Available shipping methods, eligibility conditions, and final charges will be shown before payment.

Orders may be fulfilled through our own or partner facilities, depending on inventory and destination. The shipping origin may differ from our registered business address.

Delivery estimates may be affected by:

  • Carrier operations;

  • The delivery destination;

  • Customs procedures, where applicable;

  • Severe weather;

  • Public holidays;

  • Transportation disruptions.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated otherwise. They do not limit mandatory delivery rights or remedies.

Tracking information will normally be provided after dispatch when available.

If your shipment is significantly delayed, tracking remains unchanged for an extended period, or a parcel appears missing, contact service@naturenaiin.com with your order number and available tracking information.

A “Delivered” tracking status does not automatically prevent us from investigating a missing-package concern.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Before returning a product, email service@naturenaiin.com with your order number, product details, reason for return, and relevant photographs or videos where appropriate.

Our support team will review the request and provide the applicable return address and instructions.

Do not send products to our registered business address, a supplier, or a manufacturer unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, we will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you for that issue. If we require a return, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs.

For order changes or cancellations, contact us promptly. Requests are reviewed according to the current fulfillment status. Once shipment preparation has progressed or an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Nothing in these procedures restricts mandatory consumer rights.
