TERMS OF PURCHASE

These Terms of Purchase explain the conditions applicable to orders placed through naturenaiin.com, including payment, order preparation, shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds.

naturenaiin is owned and operated by Hangzhou Liuyun Chuangjie E-Commerce Co., Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Purchase and the applicable policies published on our website, including our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

1. PLACING AN ORDER

When purchasing through naturenaiin, please provide complete, accurate, and current information so that we can process your order and contact you if necessary.

Before submitting payment, review:

  • Your billing and shipping addresses;

  • The selected shipping method;

Minor differences in appearance may result from:

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Product prices may be updated from time to time. A later price change does not automatically change the price of an order already accepted.

The amount payable, including applicable shipping charges and any taxes or other charges collected by us, will be displayed before you complete payment.

5. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and applicable public holidays.

Preparation may include payment verification, inventory checks, packaging, and coordination with fulfillment providers.

Processing time is separate from the estimated shipping transit time.

Order preparation may be affected by inventory availability, high order volumes, promotional periods, holidays, or other operational circumstances. If a material issue affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Once fulfillment or shipment preparation has progressed, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

6. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

  • A clear description of the requested change or cancellation.

We will review the current order status and confirm whether your request can be accommodated.

Changes and cancellations are generally easier to arrange before fulfillment or shipment preparation begins. Submitting a request does not guarantee that the order can be stopped.

If cancellation is approved after payment has been collected, the applicable refund will be returned to the original payment method in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

After dispatch, cancellation is generally unavailable. You may request an eligible return after delivery.

Nothing in this section limits cancellation rights that apply under mandatory law.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping is provided according to our Shipping Policy and the options available for your delivery address at checkout.

Current shipping options for eligible U.S. orders are:

Free shipping applies to the standard service. If Fast U.S. Shipping is selected, the $8.99 USD charge applies even when the order qualifies for free standard shipping.

The applicable shipping method, eligibility conditions, and final shipping charge will be shown before payment.

Transit estimates do not include the 1–5 business day order processing period.

Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, destination, customs procedures where applicable, severe weather, public holidays, or transportation disruptions.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated otherwise. These estimates do not limit mandatory delivery rights or remedies.

Orders may be fulfilled through our own facilities or partner facilities, depending on inventory and destination. The dispatch location may differ from our registered business address.

Tracking information will normally be provided after dispatch when available.

If your shipment is significantly delayed, tracking remains unchanged for an extended period, or a parcel appears missing, contact service@naturenaiin.com with your order number and available tracking details.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please contact us so that we can investigate. A delivery status alone does not automatically prevent us from reviewing your concern.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return eligibility, applicable deadlines, return procedures, shipping responsibilities, and refund processing are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

Please provide your order number, the item concerned, the reason for your request, and relevant photographs or videos where appropriate.

After reviewing your request, we will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.

Do not send products to our registered business address, a supplier, or a manufacturer unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return and the terms stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to you for that issue. If we require a return, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs.

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method within the timeframe stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

These procedures do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
